G&L Manufacturing

G&L’s proprietary tubing technology has been well known in the tubing industry since 1982. Our founder, Robert Gilreath, laid the foundation for the company’s success by developing a quality culture and the basis for manufacturing precision tube making equipment, produced right here in Cookeville, Tennessee. The result, tubing produced with outstanding quality and consistency to industry-leading tolerances.

Over the following 37 years G&L has grown from the original 3 mills to 25 mills, expanded our cutting capabilities with production cutting equipment with inline deburr & wash systems and acquired another production facility in Denver, CO to better service our customers. In August 2019, G&L became a part of the O’Neal Industries family of companies. In doing so, we brought together two of the nation’s most respected privately-owned metal product suppliers in order to provide an even higher level of service and greater value than before.

Foutch Industries

Foutch Industries is a locally owned business located in Smithville, Tennessee about 50 miles outside of Nashville. Our operation consists of a full-service industrial warehouse, and a custom coating operation with the capability to perform continuous or batch operations using either wet paint or powder coating media. Locally owned and operated, customer service is our first priority and daily focus of every employee of Foutch Industries.

FluidXchange designs, manufactures, & markets a line of heavy-duty coolant service tools & accessories utilizing Eaton quick-disconnect components for the Transportation Industry. The FXC Extractor/Injector System offers employee & environmental protection and increased productivity & cost savings, some of the highest priorities for heavy-duty service centers

Evergreen UV LLC

Evergreen UV manufactures Lumalier UVC air and surface disinfection products for the elimination and control of infectious pathogens that cause sickness and disease. We serve all industries, but specialize in UVC fixtures for hospitals /health care (improved patient outcomes and infection control); Schools / Universities for decreased absenteeism and increased performance; Commercial office for risk mitigation and occupant performance improvement; Correctional facilities for IAQ and risk mitigation.

Products/Services:

Evergreen UV manufactures and installs Lumalier UVC fixtures for installation into one of three areas: In-duct UVC for facility-wide IAQ and energy efficiency; Installation into HVAC units eliminates biofilm on coils to provide facility-wide IAQ, coil cleaning, and energy efficiency. Upper-air UVC fixtures provide targeted airborne disinfection of high-risk areas. Portable UVC destroys surface biological contamination to help stop the spread of infection.
