Headquartered in Cookeville, TN, SwitchWeld (a brand under AUBO) embodies the vision of “Design for Welders, by Welders.” Since 2015, our SwitchWeld team has been dedicated to creating innovative tools tailored to welders' needs. We developed a portable, mobile welding cobot that integrates advanced welding technology, motion planning, and a high-quality robotic arm. By 2016, SwitchWeld systems were deployed for demanding applications in Navy shipbuilding, energy sectors, and civil structures, proving their reliability in continuous use. The first commercial SwitchWeld system debuted at Fabtech in 2018—standing out as the only welding cobot showcased at the event.

Today, SwitchWeld holds a majority of cobot welding patents and boasts the most comprehensive product portfolio. Our solutions range from an affordable upgrade on manual welding (priced under $40,000) to complete welding cells with a 7th axis for large-scale applications, such as trailers, dumpsters, and boats. With an intuitive, patented design, zero programming requirements, and the ability to switch between MIG and plasma cutting in under 30 minutes, SwitchWeld has become welders’ go-to tool for maximizing potential and improving productivity by over 6 times.

Beyond welding, AUBO offers versatile palletizing solutions that are operator-friendly, require no programming, and can be implemented in just one day. These systems handle boxes up to 66 lbs, achieve speeds of nine boxes per minute, and stack pallets up to 90 inches tall, with pricing starting at $75,000.
