The Made in Tennessee Annual Fund is a UT Center for Industrial Services (CIS) initiative to help small manufacturers identify and develop future leaders ensuring a strong and competitive workforce. Your investment in the Made in Tennessee Annual Fund will support:

• Internships that inspire students to pursue manufacturing careers and help them gain valuable plant experience
  
  
• Capstone projects that give students hands-on experience in addressing manufacturing challenges in product development, performance improvement and other topics
  
  
• Faculty and student research on key manufacturing challenges in workforce, quality and other key issues
  
  
• CIS assistance to help smaller manufacturers develop the workplace needed to attract, develop and retain future leaders
  
  
• Scholarships that improve student access to CIS training programs where they will learn more about manufacturing careers and leadership opportunities
  
  
• Events such as Manufacturing Day that advance and celebrate manufacturers, manufacturing careers and student achievements
