With a focus on our commercial and government customers, Richland Industries Industrial Services Division provides a range of services regionally to assist companies with their maintenance, mechanical, and electrical service requirements. Richland Industries Commercial Construction Division provides a full range of services that include pre-construction, general contracting, design-build, design-bid-build, and construction management. Richland has experience with new builds and renovations principally in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, municipal, retail, and medical facilities.
