Teknia Nashville is a metal stamping and assembly plant for the automotive industry.  Presses range from 300T to 1000T with assembly processes including various welding options, orbiting, staking, and molding.

Individuals suffering from limited mobility due to a variety of medical issues often have trouble and need help standing from a seated position, or lowering into a seated position from standing. Being lifted under the arms can cause pain to both the patient and the caregiver.

The FOOTBAR^® Walker changes this by allowing the caregiver to use a single foot to anchor the walker to the floor, using their body weight and features a sturdy bar across the top which the patient can grip while standing or sitting and the caregiver counter pulls with little effort or stress to their shoulders, back or health. At Vaughn Manufacturing, we pride ourselves on our many years of experience in the tool & die industry.  We began our operation in East Nashville in 1930. Nearly 90 years later we have outgrown that location and moved to our current facility in Ashland City, TN.  We continue to enjoy our position of leadership in the Southeast.

We customize our engineering design, planning, and production of all types of metal stamping dies to meet the needs and specifications of our customers. We are involved with most projects from the outset, assisting our customers in developing complete, cost-effective programs. We want to provide our customers with ideas that will work in order to save time and money.
