At Vaughn Manufacturing, we pride ourselves on our many years of experience in the tool & die industry.  We began our operation in East Nashville in 1930. Nearly 90 years later we have outgrown that location and moved to our current facility in Ashland City, TN.  We continue to enjoy our position of leadership in the Southeast.

We customize our engineering design, planning, and production of all types of metal stamping dies to meet the needs and specifications of our customers. We are involved with most projects from the outset, assisting our customers in developing complete, cost-effective programs. We want to provide our customers with ideas that will work in order to save time and money. Our complete design facilities allow us to combine our knowledge and experience to engineer fully dimensioned and detailed designs.
